Cornish Yarg

Cornish Yarg cheese gets its name from the original cheese maker, Alan Gray (Yarg backwards), who reportedly found the recipe in his attic! 

Cornish Yarg is a crumbly, hard cheese with a subtle milky flavour .

This cheese is wrapped in nettles leaves which contrast with the pure white interior and give it a slightly meadowy flavour. This mild cows milk cheese is a popular addition to any cheese board
