Idle Hour ( Sussex Crumble )


Locally made in East Sussex, this cheese is made to an old traditional recipe with an Alsop twist.

Idle Hour has a slightly crumbly texture with a hint of lemon.

A semi-hard cheese, creamy tasting with citrus undertones and a hint of nut with an edible rind.

This has been matured for 16-20 weeks .
