William's Eccles Cakes

Large handbaked Eccles Cakes from William's who have been baking them to the same traditional recipe for over twenty years:  Soaked in a mixture of vine fruits in butter and cinnamon, encased in flaky puff pastry, and coated with an egg wash and sugar sprinkle before baking to perfection!
